The company is in business since 1904. In 1904, Walter L. Burritt and his father, J.L. Burritt, bought the Ontario Knife Company, of Franklinville, New York. In 1911, he persuaded James A. Chrestensen to join the firm as treasurer. Chrestensen later became a director. Pocket knives were made by the Queen Cutlery Company in the 1970's. Straight razors were made by Geneva Cutlery Company before 1936.
The blade is 5/8, square point, full hollow ground.
There's some minor pitting on the blade.
